Hello! My name is Tara Capo, and I am currently a PA-S2 at CUNY York College. Welcome to my Physician Assistant portfolio, which reflects on my academic and clinical work as a student based on my experiences during the didactic and clinical phases of the program. My education at York College has emphasized critical thinking, ethical decision making, and the application of up-to-date medical evidence to real-world patient scenarios. Throughout my time at York, I have gained a deeper understanding of the physician assistant role and the impact PA’s have on patient care across a variety of clinical settings. My experiences thus far have reinforced my passion for medicine and strengthened my commitment to becoming a compassionate and adaptable healthcare provider.
